Der automatisierte Nukleinsäure-Extraktor TGuide S96 verwendet die neueste Methode der Magnetstabadsorption und -übertragung. 96-Deep-Well-Platten und verschiedene Arten von Extraktionsreagenzien mit magnetischen Beads werden verwendet, um Nukleinsäuren aus 1-192 Blut/Zellen/Gewebe/Viren und anderen Proben automatisch zu extrahieren und zu reinigen.
